How To Return an Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 15 days of your purchase.
  1. Please email to to request a refund and we will open a case # to track.
  2. Mail your returned item with tracking number to an address given by us via email.
  3. Send us the tracking number in the same original "request refund" email
  4. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return.

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if:

- They are opened. Please contact us before you send your item back. Clothing that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

- The reason of return is a change of mind, or unhappiness with the style of the Jewelry even though its the same as in the listing.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to restocking fee of:
10% of product price or $50 - the highest of the two
This will be deducted from your refund.

We also do not refund the return shipping, original shipping (paid by us) and handling fee (that you paid on the order).


If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
